“’m Eduardo, co-founder and chef at Munay.
I was born and raised in Lima, Peru. I have always been in love with Peruvian and South American food and culture, being a big part of our daily lives, I decided to pursue a career in Gastronomy at Le Cordon Bleu Peru. Straight after school I worked in Lima in two high end restaurants before making my way to Chile, Australia and finally Mallorca.
Today, we're excited to bring that experience to Mallorca, combining it with the incredible ingredients and lifestyle of the Mediterranean.”

After more than ten years working as an architect in Australia, I learned that the smallest details often make the biggest difference. I bring that same mindset to every event, making sure everything runs smoothly and feels relaxed, welcoming, and beautifully put together.
My goal is simple: to create experiences where people can enjoy great food, good company, and unforgettable moments together.”
